• Prepaid Orders:
   Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
  
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.
  
• Re-shipping returned orders may require additional shipping charges.
  

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

• COD is available on select pin codes.
  
• Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  
• Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in COD restrictions on future orders.
  

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
