Refund policy
At Unofficial People, every piece is crafted with care and intention. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—within the terms outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7-days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Requests raised after the eligibility window will not be accepted.
RETURNS
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Prepaid & COD Orders
- Exchanges are allowed on both prepaid and COD orders, subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges must be for size change or the same product only.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7-days of delivery.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges and will be communicated during the request process.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
- In such cases, replacements will be prioritized over refunds.
NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
- Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
- Accessories or limited-edition items (if marked as non-returnable on the product page).
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
- In case the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued (for prepaid orders only).
- Colors and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or production differences. These variations are not considered defects.
- Unofficial People reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the policy criteria.

- Share your order ID, reason for request, and supporting images (if applicable).
